The pipeline settlement monitoring system is an intelligent monitoring device developed by Timelion for natural gas pipeline settlement. The ground stabilization period in new areas  is generally 1-3 years, during which gas pipelines are commonly deformed or pulled off by soil settlement. The system adopts vector sensing and IOT technology, when the displacement or angle change of the pipeline or monitoring point reaches the alarm value, the system will automatically alarm and report the actual displacement distance or angle change. The front-end hardware of the system adopts physical linkage, convenient installation and high reliability; it adopts metal shell, intrinsically safe explosion-proof, IP68 protection level; the monitoring accuracy can reach millimeter level, and the data can be reported once a day, and the alarm will be given immediately when the pipeline displacement status exceeds the preset alarm value, and the status is controlled in real time.

The pipeline settlement monitoring system can be used to monitor the settlement of various types of gas household pipelines (including vertical pipelines, transverse pipelines and flangeless corrugated compensator pipelines). The settlement of gas household risers is monitored 7×24 hours without interruption to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.
